Return Policy

As a small business, we value you and your purchase and are available via email, chat and instagram to help you find your perfect fit, however we understand sometimes, it's just not right....

Returns are eligible within 7 days of store purchase, and 10 days of online purchase. 

Exchanges for store credit are available within 15 days of purchase (or receipt of goods for shipped merchandise)  


How to make a return:

  • IN STORE:

Bring your return in its original condition to either of our locations during business hours. 

  • MAIL YOUR RETURN:

Email returns@haleysolar.com within 10 days of purchase to request a return label. Print the label and return in original packaging (if available). Drop in any blue box or hand to a mail carrier to avoid a post office trip.

Your order will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping.

Orders must be received within 10 days of label being issued or will be only eligible for store credit. After 30 days, items will be denied and deemed final sale. 

  • RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS:

Damaged items cannot be returned, exchanged, or repaired after 15 days. 

Sale items, Hats & Hair Accessories, face masks and beauty products are final sale. We are sorry we cannot make exceptions. 

Shipping is not refundable.
